Felt "Shamrock" Bouquet
Okay, so these aren’t shamrocks, technically. But they’re green and look sort of like clovers, so we’re calling this a St. Paddy’s Day bouquet! We made it last year and put it out again as a decoration this year.
Here’s how you can make one of your own:
Cut out a handful of shamrocks or flower shapes from felt or card stock, then poke a green pipe cleaner through the center of each to give the look of a bud and stem. Tie the bouquet together with ribbon and give it to a teacher, classmate or friend to welcome St. Patrick’s Day and spring!
You could even make a vase for your bouquet out of a paper-towel tube or paper cup, then decorate it with markers, paint or stickers.
If you have any leftover shamrocks (or non-shamrock flower shapes!), thread them onto one pipe cleaner to make a bracelet. Wear your bracelet on St. Patrick's Day so you don't get pinched!
